Kazenri Security

Privacy policy

Personal data protection and privacy on the KAZENRI Security website.

1. Our commitment

Information security is a principle of KAZENRI Security, the Portuguese operation of an international cybersecurity team. This policy describes the processing of personal data from visitors who contact us through this website.

Personal data processing is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese law. Using the website does not, by itself, constitute consent to marketing communications.

2. Data we collect

The contact form requests the information needed to understand and respond to your inquiry:

  • Name and email address.
  • Whether you are a company/institution or an individual.
  • Area of interest: Red Team, Blue Team or both.
  • A message describing your request.
  • Mobile phone number, only if you choose to provide it.
  • Your choice about receiving marketing communications, always optional.
  • Cookie preferences stored in your browser to remember your choice.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is not sold or traded. It is used to answer questions, contact or diagnostic requests and, when requested, prepare a service proposal. These pre-contractual steps are taken at the data subject's request.

If you provide a mobile number, it may be used to call you about your request. Marketing communications require prior, freely given and revocable consent; consent is not a condition for receiving a diagnostic.

Data should be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes of your request, without prejudice to applicable statutory retention obligations.

4. Cookies and local storage

The website uses necessary local storage to remember cookie preferences. No audience measurement or marketing cookies, or Meta Pixel, are currently active.

You can change your choice under 'Cookie preferences' in the footer, or delete the website's data in your browser settings. Any future activation of optional tools requires updated information and, where applicable, prior consent.

5. Providers, sharing and external links

Requests submitted through the form are sent by email via Gmail (Google) to the account connected to KAZENRI. Data is also processed by services necessary to host and operate the website.

Using providers may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, subject to GDPR requirements and safeguards. Data may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary for the defense of rights, within legal limits.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Business open external services. When visiting them, those services' privacy policies apply.

6. Information security

The form validates submitted data and includes measures to reduce automated submissions and requests using temporary email addresses. Do not include passwords, access credentials or sensitive data in your message.

No system guarantees absolute security. Information submitted should be limited to what is necessary for the initial contact and to define the diagnostic scope.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and object to processing. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD). This policy may be updated to reflect changes in data processing; refer to this page for the current version.
