Kazenri Security · Portugal
Cybersecurity in Portugal: offensive and defensive security by professionals who think like the adversary. We identify intrusion paths and strengthen your ability to prevent, detect and respond.

Experience
Experience of our professionals in vulnerability research and bug bounty programs
Fronts
Offense and defense driven by the same adversarial reasoning. Pick where to start.
Offensive
We simulate the real adversary to reveal how your organization could be breached, before someone does it for real.
Defensive
We monitor, detect and respond with people who know the attack from the inside. Defense designed by those who have been on the other side.
The loop
01
Every offensive operation exposes the real intrusion path: the credential, the pivot, the blind spot.
02
Defense turns each path into detections, response and controls that hold against the next attack.
03
Validate, fix, test again and keep improving. That repetition, not a one-off report, is what changes the outcome.
About
Kazenri Security was born from the conviction that protection starts with understanding: knowing the environment, recognizing the signals and anticipating the paths an adversary may exploit. Our approach combines the offensive perspective with defensive reasoning, turning technical knowledge into decisions that strengthen protection.
Kazenri is a name created for the brand, inspired by kaze, the Japanese word for wind. We associate that inspiration with logic, method and precision. We call it the logic of the wind: recognizing subtle signals and acting before the threat becomes evident.
Kazenri Security is the Portuguese operation of an international cybersecurity team.

Kazenri Security
Offensive security that supports informed decisions.
We assess the security of your assets through clearly defined objectives and human analysis. We deliver evidence and recommendations to support decisions and guide remediation priorities.
We define the assessment scope around your assets, objectives and operational requirements. Priorities and testing boundaries are agreed before testing begins.
We review findings in context to reduce false positives and understand the impact of identified vulnerabilities. Our recommendations are supported by evidence.
We communicate results through executive and technical reporting. Management gains an understanding of business impact, while technical teams receive information to guide remediation.
For projects that include retesting, we reassess remediated findings within the scope and time window agreed in the proposal to verify whether the identified vulnerabilities have been resolved.
Let’s identify what makes sense to assess in your organisation.
Book a conversationDifferentials
The points that change what your organization receives at the end of the engagement.
Professionals with a track record in intrusion testing, vulnerability research and incident response, on both sides of the board.
Every vulnerability is rated by real impact and exploit likelihood in your environment. Critical means critical.
Every finding ships with proof of concept, context and a remediation plan ranked by actual risk.
A technical document for the team to execute the fix and an executive document for leadership to understand risk in impact and cost.
An internal orchestration platform amplifies the team in attack and detection. AI handles volume and speed; the professional decides and validates.
We map critical assets before testing, so every operation hour goes to what matters most to the business.

How we work
Four phases, each with a decision point before the next.
01
An initial 30-minute technical conversation to understand business context, critical assets, credible threats and what is worth testing.
02
A tailored proposal: what your organization needs, in the time it takes, without inflating operator days.
03
Professionals steering the tooling, with a decision point before every high-impact action, in an agreed window and without friction in production.
04
Delivery plus a remediation session: the technical team gets direction and leadership gets a risk synthesis.
Sectors
We work in regulated or critical sectors where an incident affects continuity, data, payments or contracts.
Banks, fintechs and asset managers: payment protection, customer data and fraud prevention.
Public bodies and critical infrastructure: service continuity and data protection.
Online stores and payment providers: fraud and account takeover defense.
OT/IoT networks, shop-floor security and supply chain.
Business continuity and protection of customer and provider data.
Electronic health records and critical hospital systems.
